Originally a native of California, Paola Tinoco has always had an interest in the law. Ms. Tinoco is fluent in Spanish and is an entrepreneur at heart. She recognized a growing need for compassionate and dedicated immigration attorneys in the State of Arizona. Thus, the Belmonte Law Firm, P.L.L.C. was formed, with its top priority being to help clients obtain positive outcomes. Ms. Tinoco is committed to providing a high quality of representation in all types of immigration and criminal cases, including DUI’s. Ms. Tinoco understands that a criminal conviction can have devastating effects on one’s future, and especially immigration status. Paola Tinoco is licensed by the Supreme Court of Arizona. She received two undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Ms. Tinoco obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona Summit Law School, achieving the Dean’s List for academic excellence in the first year of law school and becoming a Staff Editor for the Arizona Summit Law Review.
With frequent communication throughout their legal process, Ms. Tinoco helps her clients to try and achieve the best possible outcome for themselves and their families. Ms. Tinoco is passionate about keeping families together. Her goal is to provide clients with the attention and care that they each deserve.
A dedicated member of the legal community, Ms. Tinoco is involved in the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Los Abogados, American Bar Association, and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
